who we are

We’re a small team of creatives who are all hands in to protect and promote the enjoyment of public land. We assemble a team of collaborators tailored to your specific project needs.

Meet Ilyssa

Founder

Ilyssa has wanted to do this for a very long time. When she was five, she made a promise to a worm that she would help protect it and all the other worms in the world – and she’s been chasing that promise ever since.

Eager to do good for our planet and in constant awe of the incredible work of those who protect and preserve our lands, Ilyssa is combining her love for the outdoors and decade of experience working in design agencies into All Hands to bring her skillsets in support of their missions.

Ilyssa is a design researcher and strategist with experience leading teams, projects and programs for organizations spanning from nonprofits to global corporations.

As the co-editor of Campfire Stories: Tales of America’s National Parks Volume I and Volume II (with over 80k copies sold) and founder of the creative sabbatical program Amble which supports nature nonprofits and conservancies (featured in The New York Times), she has formed relationships with many public lands organizations over the years and identified opportunities for creatives to build on and grow their efforts.
